It was my first 10K and did it under an hour. I was pretty damn impressed with that time. And I didn't throw up!
And don't drink the night before a race with other friends also racing....like I did for my first 10k during senior year of college in April of 2013.
They need to calm their tits. It's just a sport.
Did...did he just say wet dream?
When I started college in '10 I decided to drink water with all my meals except for breakfast. That alone made me lose quite a few pounds. I've never been extremely overweight, but I wasn't the most fit person either. I dropped from around 195 to 184 just by drinking water with most of my meals. Then I decided to hit…
Sad story all around.
I read the title and automatically saw "winter tires" in there instead of "winter driving"
I drove through Amarillo this past weekend and it was horrible. The interstate was closed for a while, semis and cars flipped all over the place. I saw the semi in front of me not able to stop and he just slid into the snow on the side of the road.
I can only imagine what that guy was like getting stuck.

I switched to glass about a year ago, and that was the best decision I could have made.

I spent my morning commute yesterday in DC pretty much looking at my mirror just waiting for a car to slam into me. Thankfully it didn't happen.
I gave up and went back home. It's not so much that the roads are bad, it's the drivers that are bad.
:(
This...this is amazing.
and it includes the drink
Thanks Obama!
