He’s a pastor for Christ’s sake - isn’t one of the criteria not to be money hungry? For richer or richer, that’s simply disgusting. Also I find it strange that if you are a pastor you are being married in a hotel not a church??

Apparently, her wedding vows included the phrase, “for richer or for richer.” I’m not kidding.
I mean, she can have dementia AND be serial killer. My grandfather succumbed to dementia, but he was still an asshole before and after.
I feel like this is a sad by-product of trying to make friends as an adult, like 65% of them are trying to recruit you for an MLM. ugh!
I get anxiety when a guest offers to or, even worse, starts doing dishes when I’m hosting. I really want to do that later (MY way) and enjoy everyone’s company.
I also loathe open plan, but am I the only person who doesn’t want to smell their kitchen after dinner? As delicious as my food might have been, I don’t want it to hang around in my living space after the meal is over. It honestly grosses me out and is one of the main reasons I hate open plan kitchen/living areas.
There are a LOT of Tiffany fans on this site apparently who missed the (not so) subtle shade of this article.
Careful! Calling them basic is like using a slur apparently and worse than making a sexist comment on this blog. (They are indeed boring and basic).
I don’t think a lot of people know that there are still goldsmiths around. My mom found one back in the ‘70s that she had make her engagement ring (my dad has terrible taste), and we’ve been using the family-owned business for all of our big and little occasion jewelry needs. Fine jewelry is so personal. I never…
Apparently his comment is worthy of fawning over by many other women on here who like Tiffany.
This was my take but apparently he understand feminism better than I do.
I was surprised but I can handle it. Some nice words were shared too - thanks :)
I’m sorry people are attacking you - so much wrong in this thread!
“Maybe I sound sexist, so what?” - I’d say that ranks pretty high on the “dumbest things to write on a feminist leaning blog” list? Get over yourself maybe?
So here’s my question. Is it a sculpture? Or is it a ball of silver yarn. If it were a ball of silver yarn (I assume it’s not), would you knit with it? Would you make one very special mitten? Would you knit a single strand of silver into, say, a blue scarf? Do you covet it as an emblem, a tchochke, or does your…
Women are only about 10% of offenders. It’s absolutely true that it gets downplayed when the victim is male (he should be happy/proud to get the attention), and I don’t in any way condone that, but when 90% of offenders are men I think it’s fair to say that sexual abuse is a male problem.
What a shitty part of the world.
It’s just about power and control. Like rape.
Sexual abusers are overwhelmingly male.
They don’t face lighter consequences.
