No, Doom 64 EX is a native PC port of Doom 64, what you do, is download Doom 64 EX, run the wadgen.exe program that comes with it, then you point it towards your Doom 64 ROM. When you do that, it converts the ROM into a WAD file for the game to use, from there, all you need to do is run Doom64EX.exe
