Really glad people gave a fuck to see how excited America was. Folks on SM acting like no one worth a damn got a nom, never mind who got quoted a whole lot and also had a growth journey.

yeah and they only had to fire the entire creative team and start from scratch once.

Nominating Ken but not Barbie is stupid and fits perfectly with the theme of the movie.

So it took them (checks calendar) 5 years to figure out that they should just continue the super popular old show?

Good news about Foggy and Karen. I think Elden Henson and Deborah Woll were really good and I thought it was a misstep not to include them in Born Again.

As bad as Iron Fist was, the second season ended super strong IMO. Colleen Wing as the new Iron Fist on the streets of NYC with a freaking glowing sword and Danny and Ward finally reconciled and off having silly adventures overseas as brothers.

I remain skeptical that Disney will really continue the look and feel of Netflix’s series, but this is possibly a sign that they may come close.

Just as long as Iron Fist died on the way back to his home planet.

I really think Donofrio has turned in the best performance of the entire Marvel franchise, including the movies. I’m glad Marvel came to their senses in bringing him back.

The best sign of all of how great a character Kingpin is is that not a single person has ever complained about the first season of Daredevil padding itself out with both Matt and Karen going through the same arc of learning about his past totally independent of each other. It all just leads back to more of Kingpin, so

I don’t see any resemblance. I don’t know much about PS except that he’s said to be quite an asshole and, as time passes, that can leave marks on a person. Simmons, on the other hand - despite the sorrows he’s experienced - truly did want to raise people up. That takes a lot of heart and watching some angry bully play

“we all need this biopic now more than ever.”

The fact that he’s forced to work with this guy says a lot about where Franco’s career is right now. If this movie even gets made, it’ll be direct-to-free-streaming fare that 30 people will watch.

I heard Kristen Stewart is biceptual

Looks like some massively enjoyable trash (a la Wild Things or Only God Forgives) and it’s great to see Katy O’Brian get more of a spotlight. Count me in.

played by a longhaired Ed Harris (Ed Longharris).

I think “revenge gets ripped” sucks as a tagline but the general preposterousness of the whole thing is more the point, whether that translates into fun or an onerous attempt at fun remains to be seen. In any case, Ed Harris is a ham, so roles where he gets to be a ham instead of having to pretend he isn’t being a ham

The half hearted and a touch terrified ‘Hi’ from Jost at the start ensured this was going to be a good one. Oh and watching Jost discover he has to try to fist bump - absolute torture.

And he got to ride a waterslide before that!

Dark Knight Rises must have been a fun job, most of the film he was lying in bed
