Unfortunately, no. It's in Japanese. For some reason the Asian Pacific version is cheaper than the actual Japanese one which is why I'm getting it.

It's a great handheld. It's responsive and has a nice display. Netflix works like a charm on it and it supports a lot of psp/ps1 games(Note: Not every ps1 classic title work, but the more popular ones do).
