I think that fits her situation rather well. She just laid in the semen of a strange man and has to worry about possible diseases that might affect her and her child. The shock, rage, and panic are rather fitting with the garble of thoughts she had from the situation.

Rage certainly looked good. The game itself was fun, but they broke it down shooting and driving. There wasn't much else to it. There was hardly any stealth(guys could see you from a mile away and quickly called their buddies) and there was very limited character interaction. Again, pretty and fun game, just not great.
