That's the thing that makes me face palm. The game has been in many sales and has been ridiculous cheap for literally years. It's an issue because people feel it's their god given right to have it available to them even though they should have it already if they cared that much about it.

Accept if it conflicts with the sales of a newer product and takes sales away from that then that's an issue I think.

I never got far enough for them to explain much, when I got to Bastok, most of my friends had stopped playing and I found it increasingly harder to find groups which lead me to stop. But thank you, watering down my rather rosy memory of FFXI.

That was a rather epic ending. It reminds me of the opening sequence to 11 actually with the goodly folk defending their kingdom and eventually getting overrun, but at the end of it, they return regrouped and ready to mount their offensive which is what the rest of 11 was supposed to be.

It's not bad if you're a purist, but when I think back to console P3, I remember getting downs on 3 out of 4 enemies and on the last one Mitsuru would try to cast tentafroo or marin karin. This happened a lot because the AI did stupid stuff like that. The P4 enhancements going into P3 was a good move by Atlus.
