To be fair, Star Wars Celebration predates the Disney takeover by 13 years or so.

I don’t even think he looks scary, honestly. He’s kinda baby-faced and I wish they’d done some makeup work on him to give him a more weathered and monstrous appearance.
I think that rumor was regarding Nick Nolte, wasn’t it?
So that’s how he got his name!
Man, 2017 was stellar for comic book movies.
Taika did such a great job of reinvigorating Thor that part of me wishes he could go back and remake the first two movies, especially Dark World.
It would have been way less silly if his character just had a full beard.
Magic isn’t really the issue that’s fueling most of the later-season criticisms. Unspeakable Axe’s post does a good job of summarizing the problems, which all boil down to writing and execution.
Same here. I know that it’s still Potts but I remember the character sounding a lot more sultry and soft.
Season 7 felt very much like the writers had some big, specific moments that they wanted to hit, regardless of whether or not it was consistent with the show’s established logic and character development.
I felt like her character was underutilized, but captivating, so I’d love to see her return. Blanchett is great in the role.
Yeah, if it’s including deceased characters then Odin and Hela should be somewhere up there.
“It also doesn’t help that they literally have two scenes together in Season 5 before Dany is whisked off onto her Khal of Khals quest, which means Tyrion then spends a full season upholding the rule of a queen he’s known for a day or two, and then she returns and makes him Hand the next day.”
You said it!
I was getting Chris Noth vibes.
I love Ahsoka but she really should’ve died on Malachor. That would have been the perfect ending to her story. Having her live through the OT strains credulity and creates some story problems.
This. It’s kind of astounding how much Season 7 dampened my excitement.
Don’t be a dick.
Kudos to you, Jennings. This is phenomenal reporting.
I hope Brolin gives Dinklage his hands back.
