Only Putin!

Yeah, even though I agree with Arnie, I was thinking, "but you were encouraging this all season long!"

On the subject of reading, if someone isn't an avid reader but wants to change that, where are some good places to start? Are there any universally agreed upon staples/must-reads?

Plus the hit to Johnny Depp's reputation.

Seemed like a smart way to acknowledge that the character is pretty much a joke at this point. I actually thought they were setting up some sort of redemption arc for him but that didn't really happen…

Chris O'Donnell as Robin was definitely an awakening for me and maybe my earliest "gay" memory.

I actually really liked it and think it's the best sequel so far, though I admittedly enjoy this series more than most. Unfortunately Jack Sparrow is totally stale at this point and drags everything down, but at least he doesn't do any ridiculous physical feats in this one. I was surprised by how much I liked the new

It's especially egregious when someone plays an idol, then that same person immediately digs up another one the next day. I think that's happened a couple times, if I'm not mistaken.

Maybe cause he beat him at that one immunity challenge where they had to stay on the column? Since Ozzy seems to hold physicality above all else, that's the only justification I can think of since Tai was considered 100% untrustworthy.

Varner destroyed all my good will towards him by plugging his book at the end. Fuck you, dude.

Varner plugging his book at the end made me cringe.

I'd watch the shit out of this.

Zimmer phoned that one in. I was excited when it was announced that he was collaborating with Rodrigo y Gabriela, but their contribution was totally inessential since the score was mostly just recycled material from the other movies.

That always bugged me cause it makes both of the characters look terrible. I feel like Jack volunteering to stay behind would have been a much more poignant ending.

He worked extensively with a trainer… from Sea World.

And they were also filmed back-to-back like the Matrix sequels.

I remember those rumors, too. It certainly would have been a bold direction.

I contend that Davy Jones is still the most realistic CGI character to ever be on screen.

Rush has been the saving grace of all the sequels and probably the only reason I'm still tempted to see this.

I was late to the game with Twin Peaks and watched it for the first time a couple of years ago. I enjoyed it and could definitely see how it was a game changer that influenced television for years to come, but I wasn't as enamored with it as everyone else was.
