It’s a repeating pattern if you can translate the whole thing in some direction/distance and have it all line up again. There will ALWAYS be smaller sections that repeat. There are only so many ways you can put connect 13 of these hat shapes, so in an infinite pattern you’ll always have repeated bits and pieces. As

I doubt you’ll get a response from the author so I’ll try. The salaries mentioned in the opening paragraph are likely across all demographics. So single people, married people, no kids, 4 kids. It is likely just a snapshot of workers who make $100k, period.

Except that is definitionally not a grower, since it’s an increase of less than 56%. If you want to use a round-ish number, then 3.5 to 6 would qualify.

So don’t buy MFi cables if you don’t have a use for them. Says right there you can use regular non-MFi cables of you want. I’m confused why this comment thread exists.

Mainlining doesn’t just mean playing the main storylines. In this case I read it as the drug use version of the term, where you’re injecting it straight into your veins. As in, they were all in on CP2077 and lived to play it for a while.

You’re not wrong that it does a lot of things that have been done before. But a game doesn’t have to be groundbreaking to be good. And this one does shine in terms of the world you inhabit. It’s very much true to the franchise.

Yeah, nixxing Marvel/Star Wars show would be a terrible idea. Families would keep their subscriptions for kids shows, but anyone without kids is only hanging on for those shows. And apparently 55% of their users are over the age of 18, so it’s not like there aren’t any adult-only subscribers.

Oh ye of little, er, too much faith. .

Chitter chatter chitter chatter

I’m not asking you to “conform”. You said how you use it. I told you how it will be interpreted. And whether you want to acknowledge it or not, interpretation is half of communication while “intent” makes up rather little of the remainder. What you choose to do with the info is up to you, I’m just telling you 95+% of

Got it, so you’re a liberal “not my problem” person. I guess that’s slightly better?

We’d probably see it even more if it was Deadpool, he’s a sarcastic asshole to begin with.

No, you don’t have any control over how they interpret it, but I thought you might want to know how it’s being interpreted, because you definitely do have control over whether you continue using them in that manner or not.

It’s amazing how different some people’s experiences can be. Like I remember having a convo with someone lamenting killmonger being in like every deck they faced, when my experience was almost completely opposite and he’d only very rarely make an appearance.

Yeah that doesn’t change anything. I’d still view it as a dick move, patronizing or sarcastic. I don’t think my take would be uncommon either. Just letting you know how your emotes are likely being interpreted, whether you intend them that way or not.

What’s the case for it being toxic by virtue of it being a brown skinned woman? There isn’t a reasonable one I can see. Might some racist, misogynistic asshole dislike the emote because of who it is? Sure. But that’s not “toxicity” on the part of the emote.

If you used it to signal you think the game is out of reach for me, I’d definitely think you were being a sarcastic douchenozzle. Whether it’s true or not. Looks like gloating. Just FYI.

If they only use it sarcastically (which I think is pretty common for the Gen Z crowd), then they’re only going to view it as sarcastic.

Weird, I don’t think I’ve ever been Spider-Man pointed at in that manner. It’s been almost exclusively used when we both play the same card in the same turn, as in the pointing Spider-Man meme. Only other usage has been to urge people to play a card, like “hey it’s your turn, I’m done, let’s keep this thing moving

Fist bump is definitely the proper “good game” emote. 🤜 🤛
