Really? I’m at level 400 and I think my opponents have played him a grand total of 3 times? Maybe it’s because I've never run a zoo deck?

You can get Killmonger WAY before 462. I picked him up at level 286.

Your rank is gonna reset in a few days anyway. Have fun with it. You’re likely only gonna miss out on a couple hundred credits at most. But if it makes the game boring and you so playing then who cares? If you keep it interesting and play more, you’ll make that up with relative ease.

Ugh, Kena. That boss sequence at/near the end where you lose and regain your abilities. So frustrating after such a mild lead up. And it was perfectly set up for this Ragnarok approach where you get to just jump back in at the phase where you died. But no, start from scratch every. single. time.

It’ll be interesting to see how future seasons feel. Because of how it coincided with hitting tier 2 cards for me, I’m unsure whether it’s just because I’m playing better players or whether the generally more varied and powerful cards at tier 2 vs tier 1 have made the games tougher to win (and perhaps more

Why would it be? Didn’t appear in the manual and most of the people who played the game did so before you could just go to the internet for tips. So unless you had read the Nintendo Power issue that talked about it, how would you find out?

Same. When the article was like “sometimes it just feels like DLC for the first game” I was like, YES! THATS WHAT I WANT!

I don’t even remotely see any similarities. Unless you want to count “there are lines” and “turn based” as similarities, but I think that’s a stretch.

Original commenter had a terrible take, but in what way are the Go games at all similar to the board game Go? I see zero similarities, references, inspiration or homages.

Specific gas formulations can change how long it takes to go bad. I’ve never had any issues with gas in my snowblower, but my sister has absolutely had gas go bad in hers. But November to March probably isn’t a real risk regardless.

Just mentally add a comma or period after the final “books”.

There isn’t an equivalent in the US. Here our 7/11s are just kinda shitty convenience stores. There? There’s actual good hot food, a wider selection of things, way cleaner, etc. They’re like a small grocery store that also sells hot food as opposed to a place to buy snacks and coffee where the worker behind the

Odin decks were really big for a bit because the game was providing the Kamar-Taj location more often for a couple days (as clearly indicated at the time on the splash page prior to starting a match). Made sense that you’d see Odin pop up more frequently. Now Kamar-Taj doesn’t show up nearly as often and I rarely see

Guess I don’t see the issue with the cards like you do, despite being in the low to mid 200s right now and thus “at a disadvantage”. I’m still winning plenty of matches despite facing players with cards from all over the tier 2 spectrum, it just requires a change in approach, forces adaptation. And sometimes you

The only true progression in this game is getting new cards by upping your collection rank. And the best way to do that is play with all of the cards. So having them come randomly is totally fine with me, I’m not going to stick with one “optimized” deck for long anyway, it’s a constant shuffle to get more bang for

Way more than the first 10 games. Just look at the names of your opponents. It’s pretty clear when they switch to real people. Though by bronze you should have faced plenty of real people. I’m in a similar boat though. I think I’ve lost twice and retreated once or twice at rank 22. Plenty of bad players out there at

...how? Did you have early access or something? I’m making really good progress but I just don’t see how anyone could have that many cards yet if they didn’t have early access.

The progression is really in getting new cards. The cosmetic upgrades to existing cards is how you get those new card unlocks. Every few matches you acrue enough boosters to make a card prettier, which increases your collections core or whatever it's called, which ultimately gets you new cards.

They got blacklisted for early review copies years ago by a number of publishers, if I remember correctly. And it’s pretty hard to be “bothered” to do a review of a game the publisher won’t give you.

The only thing that makes it tempting to me is the replaceable stick modules. I’m already well into the life of my second DualSense thanks to stick drift. If this one lasts as long as my last one I’ll be on to my third controller early next year. If the modules are reasonably priced, in the long run the Pro might
