procedural elements =/ procedural. Supernatural, Grimm, Constantine, Sleepy Hollow; you can bunch those together perfectly because they are indeed supernatural procedurals. SHIELD is a whole different beast, and I'm not even speaking about quality here.

It's not better than Agents of SHIELD. Not currently at least. And SHIELD isn't a supernatural procedural, it's a spy thriller in a superhero world.
