@Leanid: Agreed. Though I wouldn't refer to the 18-34 year old male audience as the 'adults' I was talking about. I would be talking about women, seniors, and generally all adults who bought the DS. There's a reason Nintendo hire's Hellen Mirren to rep their brand, and it has nothing to do with Mario.

@Steven Hott: They just have to source different colored base materials for the shell... it's not like they have to reinvent how it gets made. Besides, Nintendo has been offering color variants on all of their hardware platforms regionally for years, at the same time. And it's not like they're radically redesigning

@BoomingEchoes: SK has made several amazing games in their history, but man did Too Human disappoint after being so heavily talked up... it was a victim of hubris and weak design, not of concept, and this looks like a cash grab project for them anyway.

@Jordan White: While those inflations numbers are quite a bit off, that's not the only problem. Back then, there wasn't anything equivocal to an iPhone, which are $50 cheaper than the 3DS is, with far more features to boast and hundreds of thousands of apps.

@Jon: Exactly.

With that ugly ass color palette they should be paying me to pick one up, not charging for it.

Beat this story to death Gawker, go ahead. I know you're loving it...

Nooooooooooooooooooooo!

Let's hope these are very, very early.

Nice to know that Nintendo is in the business of cross promoting their products with companies who fund terrorists and pay slave wages:

And Don't forget he played Ming in Flash 'ah-ahhhh' Gordon!

Shouldve tossed an original xbox-tthat a guaranteed concussion, right there... but then again, somebody might actually want to play something on the original Xbox.

@impsnldavid: Agreed, besides this is an old story. It's just being dredged up again because the court hearing is happening soon. It's also just a lazy copy and paste job from another blog that's referencing a television news piece, anyway.

This = Fail.

@kibles: I've still got JSRF for xbox, which works on 360...

And the flowers are still standing!

@DragonNinjaPirate: This has more to do with kids being kids than videogames.
