I had the same problem in that area, at that tower. I think it’s because there’s a shrine nearby that has a scripted thunderstorm, because you have to use lightning to open it.

As a stay at home father of a 1 year old, I can say that all of these items are true for a single infant birth as well. I’m sure to a lesser extent of course. Games that are: Playable with one hand, playable with no sound, and playable on a laptop, were about all I could play for a few months.
