I disagree with the linked article’s assertions about fonts. Calibri is a font that is not included in iOS or Android operating systems. Thus, if a job candidate sends his or her resume as a .doc file in Calibri, most mobile devices will substitute a different font which can cause issues with the resume’s rendering…

I was thinking about this yesterday. At this point if a draft was needed - in a WWII like situation - both men and women would be needed. Our military is better when it’s voluntary and it’s unlikely a draft would ever be needed but let’s treat men and women equally.
