Gah, you beat me to it :) Good call.

YES! Just logged in to say this. I had a 1993 GT (automatic sadly). It's weird how good the GT version looked and how pathetic the SE (4 cylinder) version looked, considering it was the same car. A well-maintained GT is still an eye-catching car, even 20 years later.

Shout out to all my fellow Canucks who know the MX-3 as the "Precidia"

That's shitty. No taxes on used cars (at least for a private sale) in Alberta, where I live.

Damn! Beat me to it by two minutes

Travis, your dad is awesome. And should be writing for Jalopnik more often...

That gif is amazing. And appropriate. Bravo!

Bright Colors. Nice bright reds and blues.

My question is how does something like this get out into the public? Simply for the lulz? If so, that's kind of awesome.

The headline should read; "Man Behind This Ugly Car Wants To Sue Us Because We Said His UGLY Car Is Ugly"

Still think I'd rather have the M4. If my N54 is any indication, I bet the new twin tubo straight 6 has ridiculous torque as well. Plus a 7400 rpm redline. Best of both worlds, IMO. For a sports car, gasoline > diesel, imo.

Can I haaaavee it?

Beat me to it...

No suprise that most of these are outside of North America.

Ok. I've been planning an introductory post since I signed up last week after reading and loving this site for the last year. This post has finally motivated me to be like Nike and just do it. Will post to Oppo shortly then link to it here.

Gotta say that I'm not blown away by the power figures. Which makes me laugh to think that we live in an era where I can be blase about 500 hp. Hopefully it'll be installed in a lightweight (3000 lbs or less) package. Also, when are AMG V8s gonna start showing up in Aston Martins?

but we've got our fingers crossed for a showing in Pebble – and for a brace of LCD gauges.

Yeah, agreed. Maybe they just figure that the paltry number that they'd sell here isn't worth the cost of certifying the engine/transmission/vehicle combination. Still sucks though...
