So like every other company doing crossovers. Shocking!

Not surprised: It looks like all they did was take a model 3 and make the roof more “humpback”

Very interesting. I wonder if there’s a less-math way of doing this. You should make an app.

She will read anything that is put on that teleprompter and I mean an-y-thing.

Whew. Some of these comments are pure trash.

That appears to be a familiarity thing and/ or a poor design choice. If properly designed, there is sort of a secondary roundabout outside the traffic for bicycles and pedestrians. They only have to cross a maximum of 2 streets, and the location of the crossings are such that the cars at at their minimum speed.

Does anyone else dislike roundabouts when they are in pedestrian mode? I hate crossing at them because every car in the roundabout is a potential threat to exit and as they are always moving you can’t make eye contact with the drivers to ensure they see you. I know the cars are suppose to yield to pedestrians before

Unless there physically isn’t space for it

Most rural places, that’s exactly what happens between certain hours they just go to flashing yellow for the dominant direction, flashing red for non-dominant. If they're not doing it for an intersection, it's probably been deemed to have too much traffic.

Assuming you know how to use your side mirrors.

In real life, most drivers are incapable of backing into a tight spot. It’s easier to back out into the larger open lane once it’s clear.

Not true in my experience of watching people try to park. Most drivers are incapable of reversing into a spot between two cars these days, even with cameras. It might take one or two tries.

This. If I ever see someone was trying to get in, I back out.

That’s an important distinction! I see it happen way too often. Some of them will actually go the wrong way at risk of causing a traffic jam, while others try extra hard to make that 120°ish turn. Angled parking is designed to make reversing out of parking spaces safer and easier, but only if you pull forward into

I pulled down an unfamiliar side street the other day and had a bit of a panic moment when the first parked car I saw was facing me. Thought I was going the wrong way down a one way.

Pulling through is fine, I do it from time to time, but for whatever reason, the one that gets me, is people [usually of a certain demo] who *always* have to park ass-in first. I just find that very annoying, especially in a busy lot, where you have a bunch of other cars waiting. It just feels like total posing. It’s

Only for perpendicular parking.  If the lot is angle parking; you will pull out and be going the wrong way down the aisle.

Pulling through is Okay.  Parallel parking facing the wrong direction is NOT.
