I’m going to rebuild an engine top to bottom and then let go if it 3k miles later without any suspicion the rebuild didn’t go well. Right.

10 yo v-6 Camaro with 140k miles moderately spec’d for its day at $9,500?

It’s far more dangerous to slow down to look at a car wreck. Coincidentally, that would be equally newsworthy.

The panel gap for the third door is about the only detail I don’t like. Easily acceptable for the functionality, though.

I spent forever looking for three pedals in a fast four-door daily. Surprised by the torque driving to dinner the night I bought it, I grinded second horribly doing a small pull with my Mom and wife in the car. I exclaimed “can’t find ‘em grind ‘em!” of course.

This was close for me, but CP mainly due to photos. They’re so washed out I couldn’t assess anything about paint quality outside of a few issues with the front bumper. I get that utility is the name of the game, but at $5k I think there are better options that will be on the road longer if we toss aesthetics and

CUVs have already assumed the minivan throne of this era. Seems like MB would forfeit some cachet if it just rolls out indistinguishable CUVs.

I hope the manual take rate is high. This is such a cool vehicle; if it loses the manual option in the future it’ll lose some of that luster.

It’s just a good time to sell physical assets. People aren’t trusting the stock market, real estate has yet to crash and even a 1% savings account won’t be anywhere near the hyper-inflation all the stimulus bills will introduce. Perfect storm.

I don’t do the “build your own” new car route, but I am the patient CPO guy that has alerts across three sites.

Ya know, I like to hate on these Fiats, err... Jeep compasses, but the orange spec in the photo with a 6 mt out the door brand new with warranty for just over $22k ain’t too bad!

Bring back the El Camino. Everyone says they want car performance, but also think they need truck utility. Bada bing bada boom

Looks horrible. buying it as an assett/investment may make sense, but from the perspective of buying this to have something I gawk at in the garage, enjoy detailing, pilot on the weekends etc. this is a hard pass for $40k.

That horsepower figure from a sports sedan that could start over $70k is just too low. I considered for a second that maybe they were under-reporting the number, as is common, but then a projected 5.7 second 0 -60. Yikes, tough sell, but I do like the side profile and look with that wheel and caliper spec.

Bruh, it IS safer than 2% of cities. Glass half full.

To get the manual AND the LED headlamps and tail lamps we have ONE trim option and that’s it?

He doesn’t provide conditional advice so if you’re sharp enough to consider these if/then scenarios then it’s not always the most financially sound advice. As for one size fits all, it does work quite well.

I think they’re fantastic. I routinely see an AMG GT R at my gym and it’s just such a welcome change from the flood of crossovers and trucks. It’s not mid-engine / rear-engine Italian car special, but I think it’s more special than most cars its price. I’d be interested to hear your thoughts on Porche 911s if this

I’ve seen videos of people being shot at point blank, having their windows bashed in etc. and THEN speeding off and I’ve also seen videos of antagonistic cars repeatedly going the same route with obvious hopes of escalation.

Wonderful little car spec’d with the perfect color. Sure, a clutch replacement is needed, but I do feel that’s reflected in the price and I’d rather need a clutch replacement than not have a clutch to replace on this 128i! NP
