Well played, good sir.

Don’t be bringing your facts and cited articles around these parts of town!
I mean, that’s good from a premium perspective but... be careful?
The Golf R is a blast, but it’s a tough sell over the GTI. The GTI offers more personality - especially with the plaid upholstery. Beyond just launching, the GTI is also a bit more wild to pilot. Golf R is better, but $10k is $10k.
The Focus RS was lovely to test drive and highly recommended from my end. Absolutely effortless to pilot and could be a great daily with the right expectations (firm dampers, bad turning radius, interior trim not befitting of price).
Ford did right here leveraging the Bronco nameplate as its only horse in the race for potentially competing with, if not overtaking, Jeep and the Wrangler.
This is great and I hope to see more of these on the roads. I love Mazda’s current design language and it’s unfortunate their SUVs almost have this ruined with so much plastic cladding - especially the CX-30. This is a very handsome hatchback now well into “hot hatch” territory.
No, work is not bad. Your reading comprehension is, however.

Outside of milking the Mustang brand cache there’s a lot to like about this EV.
From what I’ve read, “public thoroughfare” doesn’t check out and provides a succinct answer to your question.
I’d love to see the Venn diagram of these spec’d with carbon ceramic brakes and which ones subsequently become garage queens. I get avoiding brake fade, but they’re always priced as so much of a fiscal flex that it’s almost a “limited” collector trim with performance pretenses.
You’re awfully level-headed and reasonable for this part of town.
Wow, that projected EV truck adoption rate is low. I think the EV should be disruptive in design, not Tesla truck levels, though, and should offer extra functionality the ICE can’t match.
“It’s not for me... it should die”
If I get coupe/convertible anything I’d prefer the manual. The Mustang GT’s manual receives a lot of hate, but I drove it and a lot of that just seems like an excuse for people to, unnecessarily, justify buying an automatic sports car. The Tremec promises to be great based on gt350 reviews.
Even if we are to take the job of policing traffic seriously, and if we are genuinely afraid of, say, commuters doing 78 in a 55, it’s important to recognize that cops don’t really prevent those kind of infractions.
If it’s features you’re after you’ll always be better off buying the top trim of a cheaper car.
It’s hard to argue with the value of a GTI dollar for dollar vs. just about anything, but even though these little coupes are heavy they can be a riot to pilot.
