It also seems in general that the stones couldn't be used to bring back just anyone who died. Just those who died by its, let's be honest, magic. Those who died by blunt trauma, sword, or radiation exposure, are out of luck.

How would they already know a sacrifice was needed? It’s not like they watched Infinity War on Blu ray. Nebula didn’t seem to be aware of it (nor was Gammora till it was too late).

Woth all the changes they make, I think it's wishful thinking at best to think they'll do something because of the comics, at this point.

Your kinda making my point. You, and a lot of folks were expecting a big mythology driven resolution, or a more direct tie to Azor Asai, and that expectation was subverted by having him go out like he did.

Why not? Still plenty of people left, who would be looking for escapism. And there would still be developers. Bad times often lead to a boom in entertainment and other diversions, so Id expect there to be a fair bit, really.

But it was a very small pie. Having them all share was fine when streaming was just an ancilliary. Now its how most shows are viewed. Keeping things at the same price was not possible, it was an untenable model. Production is too expensive.

The reason they cancelled single player DLC for GTA was they were making so much off online. That doesn’t seem to be that case here, and if they dont make some serious changes, likely never will be.
