I’m almost always a loaded, lots of options kind of guy, but if I ever buy a Wrangler it would be as close to as base as possible.

“.....how on earth is this enforced??”

That’s the real answer. I’m now at my third dealership, and I’ve never once gotten a discount on any vehicle I’ve ever bought from my own brands. You want me to represent your brand - make it easier for me to do so.

I’ve never understood the Foreign/Domestic lots at factories. I would understand a GM lot and an “Everything Else” lot.

And good discounts.

If they’re incorporating damage, the typical Hot Wheels bent axle could be a neat tweak, giving you screwy alignment after one too many hard landings.

The 4th amendment says:

This seems like a VERY dangerous precedent. Now the cop will pit you before you can turn into the garage.

So if I can make it to my garage, I’m safe!

This 14 dimension stack look bad when considered arithmetically, but consider that likelihood of all those dimensions being at the extreme end at the same time is maybe 1 in billion or more - Cpk 1.66 and six sigma for 14 dimension stack. Additionally, stack does not really flow like you indicate, but rather features

Likely several things here but with things getting hot and not working and then working again points to a thermal problem. I remember 80's and 90's GM ignition control modules that would get hot, shut down and kill the spark. By the time AAA arrived, it had cooled down enough to start working again.

I’m a bit sceptical about that shared bearing. The accumulation of tolerances for that interface is quite long:

Agreed on the competition front.

But I’m sure marketing a factory package, even if just for bragging rights, helps with a few marginal sales. It’s also yet another few dollars they can add to the price of the top of the line model for the people who are into that.

If anyone bought a bronco because they could get it with 35 inch tires instead of 33 on the wrangler they were never going to buy a wrangler. I can walk into any dealership near me and buy a brand new jl with 35 inch tires and lift and warranty.

pretty much making it a quintasential VW.

I think the feeling from a lot of the “ho-hum” reviews is that, up to now, most newer EVs have been offering something “Exciting” and “Different.” They’ve had unique features or eyeball-flattening acceleration or drive-it-yourself tech or SOMETHING that sets them apart from the typical gas car.

the iPace is not fine. The sales are terrible because the range and etc are terrible.

The iPace is fine, just a bit of a chunky monkey in the flesh. My neighbour loves hers, in fairness.
‘Low slung’ at this point just means car, unless they specifically mean low slung in the sports car sense. An electric E-Type (you don’t even need to change the name)? Might be groovy, but by then it could be too late,

Certain rappers always struck me as real car guys as opposed to the ones just listing cars or car stuff that doesn't make sense. I feel like Jadakiss is a real car guy. I'll have to peep this album when it drops.
