After playing HOMM7, it legitimately is a fair bit of a long song to Homm 3 fans. For myself, it felt similar enough and competent enough to invoke the memories of 3, without being the same game.

I’ve been playing since Cait’s release; and even though I played during S1, I simply wasn’t very good, and never did earn Victorious Jarvan. I still feel sad about that as he’s one of my favourite champions.

I used to watch it, hell, i was part of the forum community until I got banned for stating I didn’t like a particular arc in the comic. That it felt out of character. Response was something along the lines of, “The characters are who i make them.” followed by a ban.

Nice thing for those playing, but too little too late. It’s been 7-8 months since release, and they’re only now adding non-raid content? I was subbed till March, found it dry and tedious, and left. Not going back this expansion, and will really research before buying another that sounds interesting.

Issue with Warframe is that the most recent update broke the game HARD for most old school players. They’ve alienated alot of people; such as my entire 6 person play group who all unilaterally decided the game wasn’t worth the effort to play anymore. There’s also Admiral Daala, who was stated in the books to be a highly unusual case similar to Tarkin due to her being a female officer. The book, if i remember right, stated that female soldiers in the Imperial Army were VERY highly discriminated against, and rare.

Another thing to note, although the “popular roster” may whittle down, due to the ability to patch and modify the character statistics, speeds, and moves; the roster will CHANGE. Which will add life to the game compared to others.

The biggest problem with the mode, and I say this as someone who moderately enjoys it, is that there’s a huge swath of characters who flat out are unusable in the mode. So of the 105 or so champs, you’ll see maybe 40. So the repetition does burn you out there.
