FDA certified gluten-free means no gluten-containing ingredients at any point, so vodka made from barley could not be "certified GF". This is why beers like Stone's Delicious IPA are labeled "gluten removed" and not "gluten free". Tito's is make from corn, so it can be labeled GF per the FDA.
