The letter says nothing about what makes Toyota's vehicles more vulnerable than other vehicles. Is there another one?

The main point I got from this is that sports cars should not be hybrids and hybrids should not to be sporty.

I'm pretty sure Elon is by far the biggest shareholder of the company so it'll be a bit harder for others to complain about this. The DOE loan wasn't closed until late January 2010, so the money being used isn't actually tax payer money.
