Got to admit Blizzard is really good at supporting their games with free content, the amount of things in D3 and SC2 alone should prove that. I wonder though when we are getting another expansion for D3 now that SC2 is done?

I think what has me most excited about Overwatch right now is what it’ll look like in a year. Endless possibilities!

Just like all of Blizzards other games. Warcraft, WoW, Starcraft, Diablo2, Diablo 3, Hearthstone.

I’d like to see them add new characters to the AI roster. Right now, every AI match I play, the AI team is Roadhog, Zarya, Zenyatta, Soldier 67, Reaper, and Bastion. Every. Single. Time. Mix it up!

But you’re ignoring context. Only one of these games is a critical and commercial success. The other is not, and has its small player base clamoring for the opposite of what the developers did.

I played the beta and honestly, I hated battleborn. It felt like a terrible moba. Its heroes didn’t feel well balanced and the gameplay wasn’t satisfying. If I want a moba like battleborn, I’ll just stick to smite. If I want a multiplayer game with first person and fun heroes, I’ll play overwatch. It feels like it has

Differences being:

I dunno, TF2's gameplay is a mess compared to Overwatch, partly due to variable loadouts.

Battleborn isn't a free to play title.

Not only can you not earn the currency during play, but the points purchased don’t add up to a sensible number of points to buy stuff. If you decide to buy a pack for $5, you can grab 3 taunts and have 10 points left over (money wasted) or a taunt and a skin and have 50 point left over (even more money wasted). That’s

under 1000 players on PC. yikes.

RIP Gearbox

How long before they pull the plug? Legitimate question.

you dont understand why a dead game with no player base or even any interest in it wouldnt care to see a cash shop released for a $40 game (it was supposed to be $60 but no one bought it lol)

Well its officially time to say it.

So.... 50% of the way towards actually just making the game what it had to be in the first place: Free to play. Let’s see how much longer until they finish up that last 50%!

I can’t see how their finance team was ok with the whole idea of paying 50 euros and then adding store for skins when their main competitor in Overwatch is killing it. I understand not wanting to go F2P with added microtransactions, but League of Legends did it. Smite did it. Paladins did it. Paragon is doing it (even

I regret buying it.

Doesn’t matter who does it, “timed exclusive” or worse so “hardware exclusive” is a bullshit thing that console owners put up with. Pulling that kind of crap on the PC scene is a great way to piss off a lot of people.

No, just no. Exclusive is the wrong way to go here. We need to commoditize VR, not turn it into an Oculus vs Vive war. All that’s going to do is keep people away from the platform for longer - pretty much exactly what Oculus and HTC do not need.
