piracy is the same as stealing.
piracy is the same as stealing.
Explain to me how it is. You’re the one making the claim here.
There is no middle ground. It is stealing, period.
Diablo 3 sucked on launch, definitely. But it works now, and has worked easily for almost 2 years, and it’s better than ever, and has an active community that dwarfs most of the people that play Ubi titles, even 4 years after release. . Those things can’t really be said about any released Ubi Title.
Look, just because you can’t handle much doesn’t mean that someone who types away a bit at a shitty company is “salty”
Because the Division “betas” where mostly just demos of a completed game. Blizzard tends to run actual betas of unfinished product. That means they last a long time so they can do real work on the product based on feedback and that they scale them over time. It’s not a demo for the fans, it’s a beta to let Blizzard…
I love this game so much. Can’t wait to get home and hit turrets with hammers and get potg every game.
I sound like a complete moron because the game ubisoft has been massively promoting with their name in the frontlines at all times isn’t made by the guys, who own ubisoft, who told a studio to make this game, using assets, engines, and tech, and methods provided by ubisoft? Gotcha
Yeah i guess game development is a tough enough business to be respected in, despite lots of their games sucking, but that isn’t going to improve their already shitty reputation, and their shitty approach at every ambitious idea they have.
Ha! You replace “Over” w/ “Only” to make joke about how most of us can only watch other people play! Spook understand joke!
Can it be June yet? This Onlywatch thing is lasting too long.
Shame its not the same for RTS, literally no one is making them anymore, instead making more and more MOBAs due to how popular that genre has become.
MOBAs should have never been developed if it meant the death of RTS.
While I love the new plethora of turn-based games we have available, I do miss living in a RTS golden age.
This looks like a fascinating sort of fusion of Demon’s Souls ideas into the Dark Souls universe. That’s probably going to benefit the narrative, but, as Vaati notes, the interconnectivity in Dark Souls 1 could be argued to be the best thing about the entire series, period, at least in terms of single player.
Yeah, that was one of the best things about the first Dark Souls that was missing a little bit from the second one... the way so many paths connected with each other, and how you look across a long vista and realize “holy shit, I was just there a few hours ago!” It gave a specific kind of realness and sense of size of…
Agreed, that connectedness was a big part of the magic of Dark Souls for me. And the fact that it was mostly missing from Dark Souls 2 was a big disappointment. I hope they can recapture that feeling of one big, sprawling game world with paths winding throughout.
Level based gating to areas? But the whole fun of exploration was never knowing you were heading into somewhere over your head OR choosing to do so purposefully...
level-based, ala Demon’s Souls
Artist? I’m sorry. I was not aware we were applying that term so loosely these days.
