“Treason” = yet another potent word that idiots have ruined through misuse.

Nope. Need single payer. No one thing will enable economic growth more. When you don’t have to worry about your healthcare costs or losing your home, you’re willing to take more chances, innovate, and do things you wouldn’t normally do. Without this, you lose the entrepreneurial spirit and the economic system tanks.

Pretending Americans are defined by anything other than ignorance and hatred isn’t going to help. In fact, it is actively going to hurt.

Maybe after a lot of unnecessary suffering but right now, America lacks the basic education neccessey to be sold on improved healthcare.

Neither do Democrats, since it seems most of them like this conservative health plan. It’s almost as if health insurance lobbying is clouding their judgement...

Let’s face it: single-payer is the future. Obamacare is the stopgap until we have the votes for single payer. Obamacare needs to be defended until it can be superseded.

Gore is a popular figure among Democrats. This is an important step. It gives others cover to do the same thing.

Alright! I like the way this guy thinks!

Want to know how badly Putin is holding one over Trump right now?

Eh, to be fair, only a great master violinist would be playing a Stradivarius. Getting the best of Trump is more like playing a $50 Yamaha, that’s how cheap and easy it is.

And notice the dynamics at play here; Trump got up and went over to Putin, not the other way around.

Every leak about Trump/Russian shenanigans has come from Russia. They wanted someone in power that they had dirt on to leak in order to destabilize the West, and they got it. The Dipshit in Chief is getting played like a fiddle and his supporters still think he’s playing 4D chess when he doesn’t know the rules for 2D

There is a quote I would like to see tattooed on that fat orange morons over sized forehead.

Correct. Dadtaku stories are written for parents to say “oh man yes this is bad i understand this”, not for teenagers to give unsolicited parenting advice.

Right? I think people missed the whole “these problems don’t actually matter because I love my son more than a video game” angle.

I got the sense it was about how some parenting frustrations are insignificant, because you love your kids and them doing something that brings them joy makes those little frustrations worth it. I found it really touching. Another title for this could be “My Son is Ruining Zelda (But That Doesn’t Matter Because I Love

I can’t believe you ruined Doom for your dad, what a piece of shit you are.

and who read lighthearted internet words literally, as though he’s genuinely advocating people not to have children.

it’s always easy in these comments to tell who doesn’t have kids
