I wish I could have included this example in my rant/post.

I have lots of issues with this ‘event’.

I suppose it’s possible the movie executes the plot in such a way that it turns out far better than it reads. If it manages to do that then bravo to everyone concerned.

Ok....so it isn’t just me.  I’m really hard on DC/WB stuff because I’m not the biggest fan.  But when i read the plot...i just couldn’t connect with it.  It read as something so....dumb.  Now maybe the movie itself brings it all together.  But that remains to be seen.

If the plot that leaked online is true...its way....way dumber than that.

The entire plot for WW1984 has leaked online.  If what I read is true....holy shit!  And not in a good way.

I watched the first installment of the crossover “event” (Supergirl).

The people should would care are the people who aren’t voting for him already. Those that are supporting him will do so even if his heart burst out of his chest and skittered across the mess hall, scaring the shit out of the crew of the Nostromo.

Ok. That throw away line in Civil War from Nat when she fought Winter Soldier “You don’t remember me?” Hopefully that line gets so context in this movie. What if Winter Soldier appear in this in a ‘shit your pants’ cameo moment?!
