Well....I’m not proposing a direct version of X-Men based on HP. I’m saying that the HP movies are my framework for how I would handle the X-Men movies going forward. I would cast young with the intention of the characters growing older ALONG WITH the movies.

I’m not totally opposed to putting the focus on Jean. I’d argue for keeping the focus on Scott only because he has gotten such bad treatment by everyone who has handled him since Byrne left the series. I’m a Cyclops fan....

And thats the big problem with Wolverine. In my mind we STILL shouldn’t know much about him. When he was just a sideline guy who ran his mouth off to Cyclops and was usually the first X-Men to get punched out....he was really cool!
