The lactase pills are actually used to build up lactose tolerance again. You have to be consistent with it. A co-worker did it, take a pill when consuming milk (or other lactose containing stuff) and is now again lactose tolerant. It took more then a year

You can get lactose intolerant if you stop drinking milk. Keep on drinking milk and nothing will happen, stop for a long time and things might get unpleasant.

I think the dick move started with Hamilton who was backing out from under Max when he still in the car/getting out. Imagine the car of Max crashing down while Max is just next to it, no idea how that thing might bounce over the place. I’m not sure if I agree with the driver of the day, I think the driving of Norris and Bottas was more impressive. Norris kept more people at his back and Bottas fought his way back where other people there was not a lot of other overtaking. After his pit Ricciardo had it more easy than Bottas or Norris
