I’m really wondering how many Europeans will actually be attending Vegas F1. 5% of the total? That really justifies a surcharge for everyone.

A toy which last 50 years doesn’t have to care much about the oil in it’s product. The move lego made going from plastic bags to paper has a much bigger impact.

Bioplastic is a horrible word, which can mean 2 things being bio-based or biodegradable. Bio-based only means that it’s made from a biological feedstock (e.g. sugarcane -> ethanol -> ethene -> polyethylene) which can make the same plastic as regular oil based.

Loophole? It says so in the rules, everybody just misinterpreted them.

When I was young you had premix coming from the dedicated moped dispenser, iirc 1:50 oil:gas mixture. And sometimes there was a manual dispenser, first tap in oil in a large glass cylinder then the amount of gas. (the older mopeds ran on stuff with more oil so you needed a different ratio than the premix).

You sure about the sequence of acid and base bath? First base then neutralize with the acid is how I was thought it, as the base actually can deprotonate the glass.

Measurement computer at the university is still running win95. The equipment connected still works, a new machine would cost $75k and be mechanicaly the same to a new one. Why spent money?

In The Netherlands they won’t go faster than 25 to 30 km/h (15-18 mph) I’m suprised they can go faster. 

Which proves they are shitty bikes (with a nice design), a bike model needs to be available in at least 3 sizes. Get a Gazelle, that’s a proper Dutch bike.

I don’t think it was power, I understood Russel and Hamilton were actually doing pretty similar lap times. Hamilton was just stuck a lot further in the back. Russel had a great start, and luck on his side to end up 6th after the 3rd corner (coming from 11th).

bit semantic, but less downforce on the straights is better downforce. Is doesn’t say more or less, just better.
