The lactase pills are actually used to build up lactose tolerance again. You have to be consistent with it. A co-worker did it, take a pill when consuming milk (or other lactose containing stuff) and is now again lactose tolerant. It took more then a year

You can get lactose intolerant if you stop drinking milk. Keep on drinking milk and nothing will happen, stop for a long time and things might get unpleasant.

Imagine the car of Max crashing down while Max is just next to it, no idea how that thing might bounce over the place. I’m not sure if I agree with the driver of the day, I think the driving of Norris and Bottas was more impressive. Norris kept more people at his back and Bottas fought his way back where other people there was not a lot of other overtaking. After his pit Ricciardo had it more easy than Bottas or Norris

I can life with the penalty, but calling it a racing incident would also be justified I think.
