Perhaps, but you must also consider population density. For example, I’ve been in some remote places in New Mexico and Utah with hospitals and services being at least 3 hours away. Much different from more populated areas of Europe where it might be 1 hour to a hospital if all of the closer ones happen to catch fire :/
