As a fellow NOVA resident, I totally agree. I proudly sport General Altimax on my WRX during the winter here. They help me get out of the way of these asshats with bald tires so they're worth every penny

Thank you! There is a huge difference between the loss of driving privileges b/c of a refusal to blow and having a DUI on your record. You still have the right to refuse. The author is not saying a refusal to blow is a fool-proof way to escape a DUI without ramification.
