the entire flamewar in the comments above is the saddest thing i've read on the internet this week

here is why. a two person indie team is not ubisoft. they do not have teams of artists and modelers and Maya and Zbrush licenses. games that look like binfinite or codblops cost millions of dollars, even with modern engines. 3d modelling and animation that looks decent costs a ton of money and time and skills,

Now playing

An anime girl pasted onto a Roomba isn't what I was expecting. But if they're going to give something like this a cute personality go all the way:

I'm not mad at the reporting of the story, I'm mad at the horrible people who did this.

how do you know what I thought? Please, continue to tell me what went through my head when I read this story. Of course it's monstrous and horrible.

maybe in your fantasy world people don't judge groups based on the actions of individual members of that group, here on earth it happens all the time constantly.

thanks for making every adoption agency and rightwing jerkoff think every same-sex couple who wants to adopt will do this, ladies! thanks a FUCKING LOT.

I was gonna do that one! Nuts!

the pedestrians can just jump out of the way of the batmobile in time, the way Driver San Francisco did it. you already can't beat up the few civvies in the game.

I'm bummed that once again it's an empty Gotham City. Arkham City was a walled off prison, Arkham Origins had a snowstorm with the city on lockdown, and now Arkham Knight has the city evacuated. What about people you don't need to beat up?

I didn't hate it but there was nothing original about it. It felt like another playthrough of Arkham City with some slightly different buildings and a slightly different interface for the detective mode.. But the winter setting, the thugs, the same basic feel just made it a retread.

but that's the thing, properly kerned type IS more olde timey, as it would have been painted by a signpainter, as opposed to a computer.

OMG I was JUST going to say that about the kerning. They went to so much effort to make the art style perfect but then did the typography using some free font no doubt and not adjusting the kerning to make it look like it would have been done back in 1912.

While that may sound odd, that is EXACTLY how babies used to be raised until the 20th century, babies were dressed in the same clothes and called "Baby so-and-so", there was no such thing as gender-segregated childrearing until the child was getting towards school age. And initially, the colors pink and blue were

I'll thank you not to refer to Princeton that way.

Dude you're named after a game that had more originality in one level than in twenty cookie-cutter zombie games that we're hip deep in these days.

Great.. another zombie game.

A minute ago everyone had their panties in a bunch because of Candy Crush, but now we're crucifying this guy because he used green pipes in a game? Got it.

Yep, the more I read about it the more that looks likely.
