I knew in month one at a previous job. By month three I knew it 100% wasn't for me. I stayed there for 5 years, and turned into the most miserable person. I'm not saying that hyperbolically either. I was a terrible person at that time, a miserable person inside & out. It got so bad I didn't want to be around myself.

Today, I've watched Frozen, Saving Mr. Banks, and American Hustle. Frozen & Saving Mr. Banks were really good. I really didn't think I would enjoy them that much, but was glad to have found two cute movies. I think American Hustle sucks. I seriously can't get through it. Did anyone else think it wasn't that great,

The friends I know who drink dry white said they're fans of the Sauvignon Blanc & Pinot Grigio from Barefoot.

Does Lip Smackers still make gloss? That was really in when I was her age. Although, I'm in my 30s, so they may not even make it anymore. I've noticed that the e.l.f. collection at Target is fairly big with the junior high crowd, b/c it's super cheap.

It's super cheap wine, but anything from the Barefoot line is fairly decent to good. I'm a dry, red drinker, so I wouldn't be good at picking a white. But, wanted to throw out the recommendation. Also, Trader Joe's has cheap wine that's pretty good.

I worked out at a non-Planet Fitness gym, and they had a strict dress code as well. I think a lot of gyms do. She would've been asked to leave or given a shirt at my gym, too. They are very much against men w/ no shirts & women wearing just sports bras.

I thought the same thing. It's either peach, or blush, or possibly champagne. Also, I'd think Jamie Lynn had a say in the dress her mom wore. Maybe she picked it out with her mom. After all, Pippa Middleton wore white to Kate's wedding. It's not that uncommon for a bride to desire white or similar colors for special

Let's get a few things straight here. First, if you're anti-death penalty, then you're anti-death penalty. There's none of this, "Oh...I hate the death penalty so much. But...I want women sentenced like men, so if a man would get the death penalty. Well...then she should be executed." Um, no. You're either for it or

Do you have any shelters in your area who offer outreach services? If so, contact them. They're trained in domestic violence counseling, and they can be a point of contact for you so you have someone to speak to about anything going on. Some shelters do not require you to be in shelter to receive services. If there

Thanks for responding! And I hope you stay cancer free! I'm hoping mine isn't thyroid cancer. I don't think it is as no labs came back irregular except the thyroid. I still haven't had the neck ultrasound done, though. It's so hard to get in to see specialists. However, my endocrinologist appointment is in a few

Thanks for the info!

Will have to check it out.

I've read that it can possible cure hyperthyroidism, but I also read it doesn't necessarily do much for Graves', which is why I'm so conflicted on it. Also, read about the requirement to stay in my home for 5 days and away from people, which isn't feasible at this time. Will really have to keep thinking about it. I'm

You may possible be allergic to that particular dog since you haven't had issues with dogs before. Hopefully for you since you have a desire to adopt that other dog.

Question about radioactive iodine treatment. Has anyone had it? Any doctors or nurses with opinions? I was diagnosed with Graves' Disease 4 months ago, and not sure if I want to go this route. Or if this treatment is more geared to just hyperthyroidism as opposed to being specifically for Graves'. I'm not a person who

Possible. Have any seasonal allergies been flaring up recently? I recommend talking to the shelter to see if they can hold the dog for a day or two. Then, take some OTC allergy meds (Allegra, Zyrtec, Claritin), because sometimes that helps people. Then go back to the shelter to see the dog or dogs. If you're having

Spoiler alert (kind of): Saw it Friday, and loved it. I can see where people who didn't watch the show wouldn't get it. However, I watched the show, and loved it! The movie really was for just the fans, and I haven't heard many fans who didn't enjoy it. Loved the subtle references you'd pick up from the TV show. Plus,

I feel for ya. One time I was at a nice restaurant, and had to run to the bathroom for #2. I didn't realize the toilet was clogged with paper before going. When I flushed, the toilet started gushing water & flooded the entire bathroom. I somehow pulled ninja moves to get out of there, and no one knew I was the one in

Same thing happened to me when I saw it on Netflix! I didn't think I watched it as a kid, and then knew the theme song. Then, as I watched, I started remembering some. The scene with Logan and Kristy at the park (rollerblading, I believe). Claudia was always my favorite, and I really liked Mary Anne, too.

Nope. Just a standard law school w/o any type of liberal or conservative leaning. We saw his face many times when reading certain opinions, not necessarily all over the casebook. Just as a visual. Also, we had to read his dissenting/concurring—not that he's known for writing long opinions, or even writing opinions
