Well, I’ll start it off with the Honda F20c engine from the s2000.  2.2 liter VTEC producing 237 horsepower at screaming 8600rpm.   Beautiful engine. Fantastic car still today.

I have one! It really is fun to drive. Turns heads wherever I go and I usually have people approach me to talk about it when I park it somewhere.

It’s a Ford engine though, so it would short-circuit their purism.
