Haha we used to have a big dumb dorky dog that thought everything was wonderful too. His name was Mike and was a Rottweiler. My parents got Mike when he was a 6 month old stray and we already had a middle-aged cat. Mike LOVED that cat and she sort of just tolerated him.

Came to say this. My cats live with my ex-husband right now (I plan to get them as soon as I can accommodate them) and they always kind of preferred him because he is an actual furnace and gives off so much heat.
