I have been saying to, well, no one in particular, that the K5 Blazer/Jimmy could be a great answer to the Wrangler. It could also challenge the Rubicon and/or the Raptor in top trim. Great minds think alike.

I think this guy might fair a bit better against snow and ice

"Seafood soup!"

Suck it, Ultross.

Allpar has stated that *some* of the Jeep engineers have moved on to and/or have been bought by the competition. Combine that with the rumors that the next Jeep might go weak-sauce IFS (based off the Ram 1500) and the fact that Jeep has done nothing for enthusiasts lately, and... GG.

Some of my favorite cars were rotted out death traps. Well, one anyway. '63 T-Bird.

We really just need harder driving tests overall. I honestly think people driving a manual in the U.S. are, on average, going to be better drivers than those who are driving an automatic anyway. I may be wrong, but it makes sense to me.

When is the toge battle at "Mount Akina" coming? remember to use the inside gutters on the downhill

I can guarantee that the springs didn't fix your alignment and you still need one even if you can't feel the car pull. If you needed one before you definitely need one now or you risk having your tires scrub off (they could be way off but canceling each other out so there isn't a pull). It looks good though;

The SR-71s, some of which were based out of Edwards AFB and Plant 42 for various testing duties, were no strangers to their nearby Death Valley residents (in high-speed jet terms)

from your lips to god's ear. Gimme diesel and huge advancement.

Don't you mean that your Wrangler will continue to take you anywhere. That's why we buy them, right?

Please define 'cheap'?

agree on all this. I'll just add that to complete with the Wrangler you have to not just create a robust vehicle, but you MUST create a robust aftermarket ecosystem.

Oh boy...I'd give some good money to drive a modern-day K5.

Ah yes. The uuber rich have discovered "cool cars" again. They did in the early 90's and got bored with them. Prices will return to normal when Richie Rich buy's up all of the supply and then gets bored and starts selling them off again.
