You’ve obviously never looked under the hood of, or had to work under the hood of a three year old BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, etc. Thats where all cars are headed. Read my previous posts on cramming a bunch of troublesome new technology and plastic into a super hot engine bay. I can see 250* oil temps, idling in traffic

You have no idea what you’re talking about, and obviously never worked on a new complex car loaded with technology. I deal with cars that have a sticker price as much as some peoples houses. Hybrid, electric, diesel, turbos, fuel systems that operate at 2500 PSI, 8 speed transmissions (for fun call and get a price on

No, not necessarily. Cars are now required to contain a large percentage of materials that can be easily recycled. EU mandates that rubber must degrade in a landfill. Reason why window seals on a 1988 E30 are still soft, and rubber on a 2008 3 series are hard and degrading. Look how shitty and orange peeled

And what happens in 5-10 years when today’s new trucks ARE used trucks with no warranty?????? That’s the issue. Not everyone wants a 3 year lease throwaway car. Some people, like truck people, want to keep their trucks for a hundred thousand miles our two.

So, an entity that can do whatever it wants, like pulling an arbitrary number out of their asses, can hold you to it, and fine you if you don’t meet said arbitrary number. Got it. Makes perfect sense.

So poor management. ..........

4th gear: How do you supply GM with sound deadening material and wheel well liners, enough for them to shut down their North America production, and go bankrupt?

You sure that reply is meant for me bud?

To me, I think thats on the money, and I hate tinfoil hat shit. If it were a true military coup, it wouldn’t have been over so quickly, and with the military losing. What better way to drum up support than defeating a Military coup, and so quickly. Last night I honestly thought Turkey was descending into a decade of

Lots of executions coming, and a slide further into a radicalized Islamic state...

This is probably one of the best series for car guys on YouTube. Honestly though, they probably should have done a minimum of proper seats and harnesses. At least they had the smarts to box the driveshaft, but stopped short of that janky V Drive.

I would give 10 stars if I could

Ooh really?

What “B” pillar? 2 doors have no B pillar.

I’ve worked in 40 year old shops where the airlines are restricted and the lines have leaks and low pressure. If you have no pressure AND volume your tools are worthless.

I’ll second those Milwaukee impacts. The worst thing I’ve thrown at one is a Jeep D44 pinion nut covered in red Loctite. Didn’t even flinch.

Or have an impact like mine that will tear the hammered down section off or bend it out of the way in reverse haha.

Shitty tools can hurt you bad Andrew. Snap-on says “do not pry” with their screwdrivers, but they will bend not shatter. Same with their hammers.

I hate to say it, but what do you expect from cheap ass tools? Hes lucky he didn’t get severly injured. My breaker bar is a Snap-on, so are my sockets, my impact gun is a nasty composite body Ingersoll that buzzes off shit like this without a sweat. I have stood my 280lb self on that breakerbar and jumped on it to pop

Oh goodie, I’ve always wanted a car with color matched seat belt buckles that everything around it falls apart........
