Rumor around the campfire for the last few years was Teslas cars are basically rolling dumpsters. Horrid material, fit and finish quality, and a ton of problems. People keep making excuses for them, but if it were any other car brand they would be laughed out of business and their reputation ruined. But, because its a

Mine has done two of those three. Third remains untested, and hopefully always remain that way. Mine has never leaked water, and for being almost 4 years old and having a complicated too, really makes no windnoise.

Haha I knew someone was going to call me out on that. I rarely eat at a McDonald’s, maybe two, three times a year so I took a stab in the dark.

No no no. That would be McDonald’s if it were staffed and ran by the same inept twat drippings as the TSA. McDonald’s, even though their food isn’t by anymeans good, their service always is.

Oh and how many people get your kinja handle? I get it. Haha

They do run a top notch establishment from a customer service standpoint. Probably only second to Chick-fil-A (albeit a distant second). Food is terrible, but its always consistently terrible with great service. I still love two cheese burgers, fries. Can you still get the orange drink?

Yup. They don’t even have to get on a plane now. Fish in the proverbial barrel.

True. My apologies. I guess if they did work at McDonald’s, the line would be out the door, but only one of the four cash registers would be open at lunch time. The person taking your order would be a dick with an attitude and your #3 would show up having half your McNuggets stolen while the rest of them stand around

3rd gear: An entire agency, whos purpose is to provide a false sense of security to sheep. Meanwhile most of us realize if it weren’t for the existence of the TSA, its “agents” would be on welfare or dumping the fry basket.

This is nothing new. This has been the case for probably 20 years now. A majority of people want to just get in and drive and cars are thought of as an appliance to a majority of people anymore. We enthusiasts are a small minority, coupled with how federal CAFE and emissions standards have loaded cars with complex

If you’ve ever worked for a living then you know lots of things that happen, get fucked up, etc are off of your managers radar. If your immediate manager knows, then he doesn’t want his manager to know, etc, etc. This is the way of the world in any business. I wouldn’t call it “corporate malfeasance".

Ahhaha. Thats hilarious!

1st gear: why shouldn’t the execs get a golden parachute? I mean, if they had no clue what was going on, and they had to fall on the sword and sacrifice their careers for the brand, well, thats part of the reason they exist.

For those that DVR’d the race or hadn’t seen it on the West Coast and decided to look at Jalopnik first thing this morning. ........

Apple builds a car, their phones still won’t function properly with it, but anything Android will work perfect haha.

Square bodies are the best. My old C10.

Yours looks fantastic. I had a 87 with a D60 front, and a 14BFF with discs in the rear on 37s. Loved that rig. They are such great trucks. I slum it now in a Jeep JK on 37s. Funny the Pentastar has more power than the old tbi 350.

These were great trucks. In fact, the only thing that can kill them is rust, or an oil shortage.

Right? I think VW has some Takata shit floating around too like everyone else.
