Oh man I can't WAIT for Ricochet 2! You can tell that the first game was testing the waters with a few before-their-time ideas. The sequel will probably fulfill all the promise the first game had I'm sure of it!

They are making games. They have both Counter Strike and DOTA2 on the way. Or do you mean games YOU want? There's a difference there.
Generally when a company makes an open statement they're not lying. I know it totally seems like they could outright lie about it, but often times if they just dont want to acknowledge something they'll use, "No comment" or, "We dont comment on rumors" I dont think I've ever known anyone to outright, bald face LIE in…
That's the point of writing though, it's supposed to make you think about the characters. I'm sorry but at this point it's become clear that we're talking at cross odds.
Game writing isn't as terrible as people think it is? Yes it is, and yes it should stand on it's own. Every part of a game has to be able to stand on it's own. Just like in a movie if the dialogue is great it doesn't excuse the fact that the soundtrack was an uninspired piece of shit. And sure, sometimes the…
Ok, you don't know me, so I'm gonna make this abundantly clear: 'Flat', coming out of my mouth, in no uncertain terms, means 'bad'.
Actually I'll call those games dumb. I'm pretty comfortable doing it.
Human Revolution was good, but the characters were pretty flat. I'm not speaking of Jenson, he was purposefully cardboard. I'm thinking of EVERYONE ELSE.
Thanks for writing this, I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels this way.
No worries man, I got three requests for the same information. The way the comment system works basically demands that I post once for each of the people otherwise only one person gets the note that I've replied.
I would be willing to debate the quality of their games. I find them to be shallow. Yes there is a huge world, and yes a lot of things happen in that world, but none of those things make me feel anything. The systems that drive that world, combat especially, is weak. Their choices, much like many games that pride…
Keep in mind that most of the games Bethesda has published have been as bad as their own games. It's up to the publisher to handle bug tracking and such, and they've never shown any real interest in bugs in their own products.
I know right? I will rage so goddamned hard if this is true.
Where do I start here. I loved the first game for it's movement system. It was so freeing. Because of that I was able to overlook many of it's faults. Prototype 2 doesnt have that luxury.

I'm not sorry I took it back, I'm sorry my anticipation was let down. And actually that money cant go toward those games. The money is in in-store credit only, and they dont handle PC titles. I'm probably going to have to wait for Assassin's Creed 3 before I can use that cash.

I loved the first game, but detested this new one. I'm sorry to say I returned it.
I wish you the best of luck. My mother had breast cancer twice, and beat it both times. It can be done, your mother can do this.
Holy shit I need that image for my desktop. That is brilliant!
