Those are likely experience points. I do agree though, it makes it feel very gamey and seems to ruin the immersion. I'd wait until a demo hits to make a final verdict though.

That's... not what this article is about. The article is about Rockstar getting out of bed with a company that was managed very poorly. Likely the primary reason the game was any good at all is Rockstar's own investment of time and energy to corral what has been described as a train wreck. The game's success is a…
Wow that's a lot of hostility. What's your beef with comics man?
I think you're being a little absolutist there. People enjoying something doesn't invalidate a critic, nor a critic's opinion. This is simply showing another side of a story, though which side is in question seeing as it's the guy that put the game out. A cynic might point out that Pritchford might have something to…
As well you should, the present level of military technology is rapidly approaching what was presupposed in the games.
Now that I'm thinking about this I dont know how much you know about running a game at this point so I'm going to cover a few more things.
The most important part of a good D&D game (or any table top RPG for that matter) is realizing that the players are 50% of the game. They want to hear your story, but at the same time they want to be heroes in it, not voyers, and certainly not puppets.
Total heart for that.
Thanks Bashcraft, these articles are always enlightening.
Holy crap this is awesome! One good turn deserves another. I give you Glitch Mob's Animus Vox.
I'm throwing down with Nine Inch Nails Year Zero and Ghosts. I'm also really big on She Music right now. Here's a real winner with Emit and Exude from the self same album. It' starts off with some ear drill, which I've come to enjoy, but it passes soon enough and you're left with some serious glitch rock.
Valve hasn't said they're done with single player games, rather, that any single player element of a title they produce has to take into account the fact that players have a friends list, and likely want to make use of it. You can find Gabe's statements, as well as a link to the interview here: [kotaku.com]
Hey man how have you been :D
The longer Valve puts off Episode 3 the more my money is on them developing a new engine. Let's look at history for the hints!
PLAY BAYONETTA.
Problems.
Yeah I front load the stuff each day as well, though to be honest I've never really checked the dosage.
Amnesia is a pretty fun RPG. You role play someone desperately wishing they were doing anything else and attempting not to piss themselves.
Try the Passage. Super easy.
