Exactly the same for me. Instead of restricting all day I can basically eat however much I want within that 8 hour window and still not overeat for the day. I’m just not physically capable overeating in that short timeframe without being in a food coma (or eating junk food which defeats the purpose anyway).

I’ve counted calories religiously for almost 2000 days now (according to my app) as a means to maintain weight (not a diet, a lifestyle) but I wanted to change it up so I started eating in an 8 hour window and fasting 16 hours each day (nothing but water during that time). What I eat in terms of quantity and quality

Is this article about this couple having sex in Egypt racist?

Yes, different engine mounts are used for every application the 2.3T was put in (I should know since I make aftermarket mounts for all of them and there are a lot of different versions). Location on the block is the same for all. The intakes are different than some other 2.3T’s use (notably the 83-early 85 “inline”

Yeah, there is a limit to what they can do. We’ve only made a little over 600hp so far with the stock iron head and stock block/crank and around 35psi. We’ve got a 2.5L and more boost coming next year though so we should pick up another 100hp or so. We’ll see.
There are aftermarket heads available that will support a

The stock turbo can support about 275hp at the wheels and an intercooler and 3" exhaust along with a boost controller can easily make 225hp or so without much trouble. The stock shortblock can support a little over 400hp at the wheels. We’ve been 10's with a 300k mile stock longblock dropped in a fox body. Never

Adding an intercooler and a boost controller along with a 3" exhaust will double the power without much hassle. The parts to do so (and much more) are readily available.

It’s the same non-intercooled 2.3t engine as found in the early Thunderbird Turbo Coupe’s. No German massaging involved. With that said, a trans swap is simple (to the stock T9 or to a T5 from a Mustang) and doubling the power is pretty easy as well.

T5's from Mustangs are an almost direct bolt-in and adding 125hp to the wheels is very easy with this engine and that’s twice as much power as it comes with and completely changes the car.

No it’s not. It shares nothing with the Fox platform.

If it’s computer controlled it’s far from trivial. If it’s not, it’s still difficult unless it was offered behind a 2.3 engine (like the A4LD). Anything that requires an adapter plate and a custom converter is not easy. Xr4ti’s also have a small trans tunnel which doesn’t help. A4LD’s are turds so that doesn’t help

Problem is the A4LD is a turd and while it was offered behind the 2.3T engine in 87-88 Thunderbird Turbo Coupe’s, it was also rated at a lower power level to save the trans, just like the Merkur was lower powered to save the C3 (which the A4LD is based on). Add a trans cooler and you’re good up to about 250hp. Much

It only costs $40 to bring that 30hp back with a manual boost controller though so it’s not the end of the world. With that said, the reduced power was to save the trans so plan on a manual trans swap (or swapping in a C4) in the future if making any real power is preferred.

I hate anything that’s even sort of burnt but I love burnt ends. It did take me a while to actually try them though based on the name alone. I had to see them in person to realize they weren’t actually what the name implies.

The NCAA is such a well-oiled machine I’m SHOCKED that they can’t even do rankings with any sort accuracy.

On one hand I hope the NET straightens itself out as the season plays out. On the other hand I hope it gets more and more ridiculous to the point of the NCAA needing to admit defeat and abandon it or fear

My Dad once made a dune buggy out of one of these. Why? Because he was 14 and having a car did him no good as he couldn’t legally drive it. As a 14 year old on SoCal though, a buggy was a great idea as he could drive all over the desert without any concerns.

Bill Self coached teams have been dominating all the other teams with hall of fame coaches for quite a while now. 3 Straight wins over Duke, Kentucky, and UNC. Villanova is the only team that’s got KU/Self’s number recently.

this was basically the Clemson University engineering program’s senior thesis”

That doesn’t sound like it was funded by a single student to me, it sounds like it was funded by the university and the sponsors listed at the end of the video, similar to how a FormulaSAE or Baja program is funded.

For the people who think this “not an afro” is an afro and therefore cultural appropriation, do they feel the same about black women with straight hair, or going a step further, black women with straight blonde hair? I’m not trying to be argue, I’ve honestly always wondered if there was an explanation for why one is
