I certify that you are weird. I’m a parent of small kids and can’t click on the video because the description is horrifying enough. Kind of embarrassed to spell it out, but I guess what I’m saying is that I’m normal and you’re not.

It’s not a sound defense, but it’s also not a completely irrelevant detail. It does not prove the case one way or another, but it’s a piece of evidence in his favor, especially if the texts corroborate a positive relationship.

You have to be more specific in your argument. Are any and all occasions in which non-Mexican people wear sombreros unacceptable? If Mexican people run a Mexican restaurant and give them to the guests, are the owners being inappropriate too? Please explain if you have a moment.

I agree. I don’t think this innovation is going to harm human relationships. These guys wound’t be in one in the first place.

I’ve been wanting to give a talk on the benefits of canibalism. Now, I don’t plan on advocating eating random people, so there’s nothing to worry about. I have criteria about who should be eaten first, and first on the list are unwed women of a certain religion. Then we must look at the low IQ pre-school crowd.

Language issue (a minor issue compared to the gist of this story, but still):

This “stay in your lane” phenomenon is starting to chafe. It’s problematic to write about a community not your own, it’s problematic to market to a community not your own, etc etc. Tiresome and low-key repressive.

It’s a ridiculous phrase, but it looks like it’s needed.
