I’m going to disagree. Words don’t have pure intrinsic meanings — their meanings may vary based on who is saying them, when, where etc. And this combo here does not come across as 100% honest.

There’s a superficial critique of selfishness going around. You can do things that benefit you only if you do them for the “right” reasons (health, not looks). I believe that you’re allowed to modestly enjoy your post-weight-loss looks, but only if they are secondary to the health motive.
