Thank you very much. I’m convinced The Jingle was a spirit of some sort. Perhaps an old boss of mine, whom killed himself two years prior to this incident.

I eat two boiled eggs in the morning with a bagel. Mid morning I’ll eat another boiled egg and a handful of cashews. After my workout I eat at my desk, which usually consists of chicken and vegetables. Mid afternoon I’ll usually have some more cashews and a handful of pretzels.
