I’ll generally try to deglaze the pan first, unless the mess is completely evenly burned into the entire bottom of the pot. Just some tap water and a stiff spatula (wooden if non-stick) can do wonders.
To get cheese off of stuff, rinse and scrub it off in cold water. Once your implements and scrubbier are free of it, you can resume using hot water, and nothing will have bits of melted cheese stuck in it to bother you for countless washings to come.

Food Lion?
Losing my taste was the worst. It came back after about two weeks, but until then, all I could really “taste” was salt. Not the food it was on; just salt. The fatigue has been hard to shake. I have more energy, but still less reserves. When I’m done, I’m DONE. And my alcohol tolerance is waaaaay down.
