This is surreal. Literally every single day I hate a different Trump kid the most. It’s like they have a strict schedule for which days each of them go on TV and be a complete and utter fuckwit.

Well of course that’s worse because it destroys a man, where actual sexual assault typically destroys a woman and I think we all know whose life is more valuable here.

You’re on the right track, but they’re not going to be done in ‘18. The Senate gets redder in ‘18, and most likely the House, too. Our earliest (dim, honestly) hope is ‘20. Four years of gerrymandering and voter suppression before we even get a swing at a reversal.

An employer shouldn’t be allowed to tell an employee what they do with the money they are paid. Imagine if your boss could legally say, “Hey, you’re not allowed to buy anything with the money you earn from this job that is yellow. I think yellow is evil and don’t want “my” money paying for anything yellow.”

If you’re a federal, state, or local employee, you probably enjoy greater protections for political speech than you would if you’re a private employee.

That’s my point. It’s a ‘red state’ and nothing changes that. Even physically assaulting a reporter for asking a question, then lying about it despite recordings disproving the account.

Whatever tiny shred of hope I had in American democracy is gone now. There are no longer any standards. It’s just whether the candidate has a D or an R next to their name. Why bother voting anymore? What a joke.

I know, early voting yada yada, but this country and its voters just fill me with despair and disgust.
