I agree they probably would not enjoy the cars, but hopefully the shelters choose chill cats that would enjoy people are outgoing. It is probably less stressful than being stuck in a shelter til they get “old and not cute”. We adopted an AMAZING older kitten that had hit that teen stage where people no longer squee.

Yeah, we had a great time. Paper mache, huge mess. painting, sacrificing dinos, dying the lava different colors. Then we’d let it dry out and do it again. But my kids were four and two, and were really into the Magic School Bus books.

I’m OLD, so we would have them at our science fairs but even then it was like YAY BOOM, what now? I did one on if plants respond to you talking to them.

There is an absolutely heartbreaking documentary on Netflix, I believe it’s called It’s A Girl. I made the HUGE error of watching while pregnant.

I know it’s not the takeaway, but a volcano is freaking lame at that age to begin with. We built one with my then four year old for us to play with. We had a great time but unless you have something else backing it up like how eruptions change the environment, etc this is super lazy already.

I am never sure which is worse, plain steamed vegetables or pasta primavera.
